Work, rest, repeat - Core de Force, day 10

Today was a repeat of Monday's workout - MMA Shred and Core Kinetics, 53 minutes total. We had friends over last night for food and a few drinks. I drank plenty of water and got plenty of sleep, so I had a good workout this morning. It wasn't great, because my thighs are still so fatigued, but it was GOOD. Sweaty! I'm happy with that.

Every workout isn't going to look like I'm a professional trainer (okay, none of them are haha), but if I work as hard as I can and put my all into every move, I am proud of that! Heck, I got my butt out of bed at 5:30 AM and worked hard for 53 minutes. I WIN!

I feel a little better after adding some protein and a little more carbs to my eating plan. emoticon

Tonight will be filled with laundry and a bunch of time with my feet up, I hope. It's been a busy week and I'm pooped! I have Christmas gifts that need to be wrapped, and some of that might happen, but mostly this evening will be about resting, if I have to lock myself in the bedroom to get that done!
