Week One Winter

Goals: This time of year is absolutely chaotic. With seven kids and tons of family, the holidays are crazy but so much fun. This week I plan to track every day, up my water and exercise as much as possible. Thursday and Saturday are going to be food hurdles, and lack of sleep is going to be an exercise hurdle. I am going to push through it today and do cardio/abs but I definitely need to find a way to get my kids to sleep more through the night.

To Do:
Today: B's School Meeting/Call M
Tomorrow: Strong Center/Museum
Friday: A's School to make Gingerbread Houses/B's dance class/Make cookies and mulled wine/Find out what is taking SS so long with name change
Saturday: Cookie exchange party
Sunday: Lots of Rest/Dinner at moms (talk to her about choices)
Monday: Complete Motion for Court/Join NYDA

Exercise Schedule:
Today-60 Cardio/10 Abs
Thursday-Walk around the museum for several hours
Friday-60 Cardio/10 Abs
Saturday-Kettle Bells
Sunday-Rest or workout, see where you are at
Monday 60 Cardio/10abs

ITC Daily: Water /Stretch

I need to find other ways to celebrate than enjoying food. I love to cook and I promised my family all sorts of things over the holidays. In my head I know I don't have to eat anything I cook, it just gets to be so tempting. I guess the best thing I can do is keep tracking and learning. I was in a great place this summer, but I had a lot of help. Now it is just me and the kids. My husband is gone more often then he is home. I stay up because I know he needs to sleep for work. I think I need to figure out how to set up a better support system with the kiddos. I am getting there, but it is definitely one heck of a process.
