Yesterdays goals were simple enough, thankfully I did them. That helps. I really seriously almost didn't exercise. Time got away from me and it was late by the time I got around to it, but I am happy to say....I did it.
Cue....boring blogs. At least for a bit, until I get some basic habits down.
1. Install Spark App (to make it easier to log my workouts) - CHECK
2. Stay out of the vending machine -
3. Drink 32 oz of water at work -
4. 10 minutes of exercise -
Oh, and one last thing. Just so you freakin know I went to exercise last night and to my horror I have gained so much weight that I out grew my knee brace! I out-freakin-grew it! So, I had to exercise without it. I iced it afterward, but it's killing me today. I have no money to get a new one so for the time being I'm stuck with it. The thing is, I refuse to use this as an excuse. I will do it today, tomorrow I will deal with tomorrow.
