Muscle fatigue - Core de Force, day 8

Wow. My abs, hips and thighs are exhausted. This morning brought 2 workouts: MMA Shred and Core Kinetics (53 minutes total). MMA Shred is cardio, with plenty of kicking and punching. Core Kinetics was floor work - planks and crunches, that kind of thing.
None of it was worse than what I saw in week 1. So far. But man, my muscles are fatigued now! I've always thought athletes were crazy for taking ice baths, but I can almost understand it today. I might have to have an epsom salt bath tonight, or even at lunch. Seriously!
I lost a little over 6 lbs last week, so I'm going to have to adjust my eating habits. Losing weight is not one of my goals in this. I'd be okay with about 10 lbs, but that's about it. And who hates eating a little more food? Not this chick, for sure!
BUT! I'm so proud of myself for completing week 1 and working so hard! I'm excited about week 2, even with the muscle fatigue!
