DOMS: Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness

I have them. Or maybe they have me?

Day 6 was Dynamic Strength, 47 minutes of strength and power. It's not the first time I've done this one, but maybe I just worked harder this time? Whatever the reason, I've had noodle arms ever since.

Dynamic Strength, at the beginning: *perky voice* Wouldn't you like to do eleventy-seven hundred pushups in every way known to man, plus a couple we've thrown in just for kicks, in addition to a whole bunch of core work?
Me: No. I don't even want to do ONE pushup, if you want to know the truth.
Dynamic Strength: *demon-possessed voice* DO. THEM. ALL.
Me: Dang it!
Dynamic Strength, afterward: *perky voice* Wasn't that funnnnnnn?!

This evening is Active Recovery, which is half technique practice, isolating moves and working on control, and half stretching. I need this.

Tomorrow I begin week 2...
