Good Morning to all dedicated spark members. Today is day 13 for me and so far I am managing to keep on track. I am down two pounds as of this morning and that's great for me because my new mantra is "baby steps" My downfall is family dinners and I have one tonight. Those dinners where everyone gets together and there is enough food to feed two armies! Those family dinners. If anyone out there has had success with this and can tell me how to eat enough to make the people who do the cooking happy but not so much that I lose the precious two pounds I have just struggled to lose, I would be most grateful. Other than that, I hope everyone has a successful day. Cheers!!!
