Core de Force, Day 3

Same workout today as on Day 1, so it went a little more smoothly today. I'm feeling a little sore, espectially in my upper arms, but some all over. The 5 minute nightly stretch routine is a must - it really helps!
I'm adjusting to the food tracker. It's just a little different from SP's, but uses the same balances and concepts, so I feel confident that the plan is sound. If it just doesn't click the way I need it to, I'll just switch back to SP's food tracking. I'm certainly eating enough, and I'd already been eating mostly "real food," so that's not much of a learning curve. Although a friend mentioned the brownie she was about to eat earlier this afternoon, and that gave me a momentary craving. It passed, though. I know I won't do 30 days with no sweets (or alcohol), but I'll try to keep it at a minimum. haha
I've lost a few lbs, but part of that was Thanksgiving bloat (travel days are hard - not enough water or balance). I don't really want to lose much weight, so I'll have to watch that and adjust after the first week. My goal is strength, especially in my core and arms!
But so far, so good!
