Core de Force, Day 2

Today's workout was Dynamic Strength, and WHEW! 47 minutes, 12 rounds, 3 moves each round, very brief break between.
This wasn't a cardio workout (although it did have me breathless in many spots). It was strength, with focused moves. It's a killer, but, as always, they demonstrate many levels of modifications to keep ya safe.
There's also a 5 minute stretch routine to do each night - like at bedtime - which I think will help a great deal with staving off DOMS, or at least make it less intense than I had when I did Insanity. I guess we'll see - I can probably tell you after today's workout! haha
There is a simple to follow eating plan with the program. It's a little different approach than Spark, but super easy to track, and the idea is the same - balance your eating and make sure you're eating enough. I am following one of the weight loss tracks, but I'm more focused on strength than weight loss, so I'll adjust as time goes by. I expect to gain muscle through this program, so that should balance a lot of the "weight loss."
I don't know if I'll blog every day, but I'm just so dang excited, I felt like sharing!
