What in the heck?

So I got on hear intending another blah "poor me" for not being motivated post. When I clicked into my blogs I saw that my last post had 72 comments and was a featured blog. I had no idea, because true to form I didn't log back in after that until just now. I haven't been able to read all the comments yet, but I did skim through them. You are an awesome group of people. You know that? Awesome. Honestly, it was just what I needed this morning. I have decided to jump back in today. I don't know if I'm ready. I don't know if I'm motivated enough, but I do know I have to start somehow. I'm going to do something for my health today. Starting with drinking water and ending with some form of exercise today.

The good news is that I'm the same weight I was the last time I blogged. I was surprised. I really thought it had gone up. This gives me some small amount of comfort and encouragement.

Thank you friends for being there for me, even though I didn't know you were. It gave me a whole new attitude this morning.

    Sounds like what you need most is a positive attitude. Really thinking positive really does help, not only in your own self motivation but with others around you. If you think it and practice it, it will come. To paraphrase that Kevin Costner movie. You have a good sense of humor so keep it up and put a smile on your face even if it is a batch of spinach in front of you.
