Turkey day is over

I got up early made thanksgiving dinner ate and came back home and fell asleep got on scale after waking up and it wasn't pretty I knew it wasn't going to be good, I stopped smoking once again back on October 30th. Never fails, I quit and I gain a crap load of weight. Well this is the second time I have been this heavy and I don't like it one bit. So now to do something about it!! Taking the time to figure out what will work best.

    Mainly, keep not smoking. Then try to work on your weight. Congratulations. Glenn

    The best time to weigh yourself is in the morning before putting on water weight through the day. And it's not a good thing to weigh again later in the day, especially after eating. It's not an accurate weight. Exercise 250 min/week.
