Tummy Improvement - Hopefully it sticks

For the past two years I've suffered with diarrhea and nervous stomach. I knew I had intolerance issues but I did not bother with labels for many years. I was going to the doctor and taking medication but it didn't do any good. It wasn't until I had a quick talk with my doctor's nurse, who has similar tummy issues gave me insight into the decisions I was making. I thought I was careful. Turns out I wasn't that careful. I also got a free book from my doctor on lady who also did personal research on FM and what I should avoid.
Turns out I'm having more than just issues with fructose but my diet changes based on my on observance have been helping me.
Turns out I can only tolerate about one piece of bread per day. Can't have milk butter or sour cream. I can't tolerate soy or peanut butter. I also need to avoid corn, corn chips and need to keep my salsa or tomato sauce consumption to a minimum. I also don't tolerate fried foods well. I think that has a lot to do with my hernia. I also never realized that I need to avoid restaurant mashed potatoes because they are loaded with milk. I also have to avoid eggs and mayo. I also try to avoid processed foods. Breakfast is tough. My lunch will consist of a baked potato and meat or maybe some white rice (not brown) Dinner would be squash or potato or mac and cheese which I tolerate fine. Most fruits and veggies can bother me but I find that I can eat a little broccoli or green beans.
LOL. Its not a long list but if I follow it I feel better which is awesome!!
