When I was working with my trainer, I mentioned to her it was hard to keep track of all the different body parts that I had to move (or not move) in a certain way - like keeping my lower back next to a wall while sitting and bringing my shoulders down and lengthening my spine and holding in my stomach, all at the same time. It seemed that every different movement or exercise were were doing had multiple areas to concentrate on and then to make sure that I am only using the muscles that I am concentrating on. A real challenge for me - It made me wish that I had learned a lot more of this when I was a lot younger and had kept it up over the course of my life. It makes me want to get back to yoga again.
