You Can Walk Away the Pounds

I am increasing my walking every day. Yesterday was an all time high of 17,000 + steps. This week I have lost two pounds.
It has been beautiful out so I just keep walking as I know this weather will end soon and I will be stuck back on the treadmill.
I learned that I can lose weight. 15lbs so far. I realize that I did not put it on in one day and it won't come off in one day. Patience is the key. If I had realized this when I started spark, maybe I wouldn't have had my weight climb so high.
I will not be discouraged by the scale. I will keep going. I will have patience!
