Book update

Thursday, November 17, 2016

Today was a very busy day - I did not have much time to read my new book, but one comment I read stuck with me - What works for one person does not necessarily work for everyone. You need to find what works for you as you are building new habits.

One size fits all doesn't really work!
Change is accomplished by new behaviours growing into habits.
Those habits can be diverse and still achieve healthy outcomes if consistently maintained.
    Thanks for sharing.

This is very true. I do enjoy hearing of others ways of forming habits, some I know wouldn't work for me but then I also have found ideas that I can adapt to my own life. emoticon

That is so true in so many respects and certainly holds true with the various aspects of our Spark journey - diet, exercise, weight loss.

Some are supported by snacking, others are not. Some enjoy gyms, others do not. We do need to find what works for us as we build new habits.
