Keep on pushing

Thursday, November 17, 2016

I am very fatigued today but I am pushing through it. I am going to get everything in today that I have to do. I wish that I was just not so fatigued. I have only done 20 mins of a work out but I hope to take a walk around the complex later on when my husband gets home. That should have me on track.

Creating a lifestyle that you can "live with" is the best way to make this journey. Some days are easier than others, so congratulations to you on finding a way to be active on a not-so-easy-day.

Thank you so much. I have given up before but this time I am not going to give up. I want to be healthy and happy and I know what I have to do. My husband loves me no matter what but I do not love myself and this is helping me to start loving myself again.

Good for you! Doing the best you can is what is expected, and some days are just lag days for me. I shopped so much the last couple of days, and with walking and walking, my feet are getting pampered today. My Rheumy says no more of 10 min. for exercise on my feet, but I figure when I shop with a cart it helps. I need to get back onto my recumbent bike and you just gave me the motivation that I need. Thank you!! emoticon

People want to have access to the world! But in many cases to get that access means we may need to work hard. We may need to work through challengers

Good on you for finding activity that fits with what you can do today. It would be easy to give up but you did not. Way to go!
