5% Fall Challenge 2016 - blog #4

This morning was pretty rainy so the dog and I didn't get as long a walk as usual. Fortunately Wednesday is my Pickleball day. What is pickleball you ask. Well, it is a racquet sport played on a badminton sized court, with a net about the height of a tennis net and a solid paddle somewhat bigger than a ping pong paddle. It is played with a 3 inch diameter whiffle ball and is usually played in pairs. Here is a link to a video showing the game and explaining some of the rules of pickleball.
Search for pickleball at youtube.com for lots of other videos. Today with walking and pickleball I had a total of over 120 minutes of exercise to help my team in the 5% Fall Challenge.
