Only a few more days left in the 5% Fall Challenge. I'm trying to make the best of it to make my 5% weight loss goal. This week has been somewhat hard since goodies have been showing up at work. If the goodies are already in the break room when I arrive, I don't touch it. I think of all the people that have sniffed, touched, or looked into the containers. People don't wash their hands. So, I'm good without it.
My workout today consisted of 3 miles of intervals on the treadmill, lower body workout & stretching. Tomorrow is step aerobics! Hope the music & moves are fun!
