Tweaking the Food

I decided to go further than I have so far, in concentrating on protein, and not balking at fat that accompanies it. I have been mostly satisfied all day, and easily within my ranges.
But after our church class tonight, I wanted a little something. Things that presented themselves were: leftover donuts (my roommate's ), garlic bread, popcorn, hot cocoa. Not wanting to do the carb load, I poked around and came up with a little concoction involving 4 oz of Russian kefir, a couple Tbsps of frozen blueberries (unsweetened), and a sprinkle each of cardamom and cinnamon. Oh my, but it was GOOD!
