Hello today is tues and i am fighting to stay on my diet its so not easy this month. I am doing my best but it seems no matter how much water i drink i am still hungry. Any ideas.

    I try protein with a healthy carb and I measure the protein helps so much and higher fiber carbs give me the full feeling

    I use hard candies between meals when I am "wanting something"...the calories are minimal...they last longer than eating something...and they usually squelch the cravings. Hang in there! Keep up the good work! Thanks for the encouragement! Spark on! emoticon

    Try to find an activity that keeps your mind off food, always eat a good breakfast that has helped me stay positive you can do it
