I've just returned from an 8-day cruise to Mexico, Haiti, and Jamaica. It was wonderful and we (my husband & I), had a great time. The weather was beautiful, except for one rained. For us, it was OK because we had been to Haiti before, but I felt bad for the first timers.

I was so proud of myself on this cruise, because I walked EVERY day. I always say I'm going to, but find excuses why I don't. This past week, I walked over 2 miles each morning, getting an average of 14,000 steps per day total. I climbed an average of 14 stairs and my calves feel it!!!

We went swimming several times and I did the zip line on the ship.

We just got home this afternoon, and I really feel like I've actually lost some weight. Not only did I get a lot of exercise, I made smart, yet delicious choices for my meals and didn't go for pizza every night!!!! I will weigh tomorrow, just verify it.

I hope to continue this week's challenge to blog every day, so until tomorrow...........
