Getting better

Day 13 of this cold. Started out with a butt load of painful coughing, sneezing, runny nose, and congestion. Now I just cough here and there and Im still coughing some stuff up. I have my energy back but if I do too much I feel like I've just walked up a steep hill. I dont want to exercise just yet but I want to start up my yoga routine.

Over the past few days I have been thinking about how 2017 WILL be the year of change. I've said that a million times in the past but I really have to put my foot down this time. Everything that I want to change is very simple and not a big huge change. Its all just mental right now. I need to think before I fix food, get housework done before I watch TV, and I need to make myself get up and change to go to the gym.

Me and my aunt put stuff off a lot because we are just tired. We always say its because grandma waking us up in the middle of the night is whats making us tired but, "A body at rest stays at rest". We just need to get up and move and get crap done. There is so much stuff that needs to get done that its just sad.

Looking forward to next year!!

    Making goals and sticking to them before other things is the best way to motivate yourself.
    You can do some chair exercises too, not heavy cardio yet, but keeping things limber and stretched.
