Don't get discouraged but understand being frustrated. if you haven't already, try doing measurements as might be losing fat but gaining muscle. I also take blood pressure and pulse to check for improvements there. good luck and be of good courage as if you are following a healthy plan, you will see a lose one of these days. 1567 days ago
