Another week same weight. I'm thankful it's not a gain but really wish the scale would move one way or the other. It's been weeks at the same weight

    Don't get discouraged but understand being frustrated. if you haven't already, try doing measurements as might be losing fat but gaining muscle. I also take blood pressure and pulse to check for improvements there. good luck and be of good courage as if you are following a healthy plan, you will see a lose one of these days.
