New Plan - Two Months early!

I am putting my goals on my Spark page so they are seen every time I go to my page.
1. one snack at night - fruit or protein
2. track everything eaten, no exception.
3. 10,00 steps daily.
4. no more potatoes, bread, rice.
5. get at least 6 hours of sleep a night
6. eat a salad with lunch and dinner.
It is time to get serious and stop denying the problem which is my relationship with food.
