Spark Goals Week of 11/7/16

Track 4 days a week.
10k or more steps per day
10 minutes of yoga every day
No eating after dinner
Eat only at designated meals and snacks. No grazing. No grabbing a mouthful of this or that. Once I've had my meal/snack, it's over and I don't get to eat again till the next meal/snack.
Track all exercise on Spark.
Make a meal from scratch.
I turn 37 on Friday! I am super exhausted because Nero (8 month old) has not adjusted to daylight savings time plus Felix (2.5) was up screaming twice last night.
I did pretty well last week but I only tracked 4.5 days.
I'm nervous about the election but I'm excited that Hillary might be president. She was always my first choice. Get out and vote, tomorrow!
