Rethinking my goals

I did intervals of walking and running again yesterday. I felt good. I was able to run 8 minutes straight and then broke it up in intervals of five minutes running, three minutes walking. I ran for only 20 minutes. I walked for 65 minutes. It was a very hot day( it is worst today). I was trying to get up earlier but I overslept. I did not go out until 8:58 am. By that time, I could feel the heat and sweated like crazy but I am glad I went that early because later on it became hotter and very humid. There was no way, I would've been out there. I would not reach my goal of running 2-3 miles straight by July 1, 2007. That is okay. I will set August 1, 2007 for my next goal. I am loosing the weight, exercising and eating healthy. I am in no rush. I feel good and that's what matters.
