I did the math and realized that I need to lose half of my body weight.

Wow! That's a big challenge.

    Definitely making small goals is a great idea. Don't get overwhelmed. And tracking your food helps more than most would think. I've lost 50 pounds in the past and tracking was an integral part of the process.

    I'm right with you... a little more than half by the time I'm done in fact. Seems daunting doesn't it? I find it's a lot better mentally to not obsess over the long goal, since it is such a big one, but rather break it into smaller goals. I focus on 25 pounds at a time.

    Set smaller goals, and set some challenges for yourself. Setting smaller goals will make it seem a little less overwhelming. You can do it!👍
