I'm not talking about physical weight, I'm referring to the emotional and mental weight, in the form of habits, the only true drivers of your unwanted physical behaviors that keep fat on your body.
Pay close attention, stop the video and take notes if you must. There is a lot of information packed into this tiny video. Look for clues that will lead to your permanent health and weight loss by identifying the one point that resonates with you most.
