A few weeks ago I got married to the man I love and started a beautiful new chapter in my life. While I would love to say I lost the weight before the wedding (I did lose some) I still have a ways to go. We had a lovely honeymoon in the Netherlands with loads of great memories. One memory I do not hold dear is how badly I struggled to make the short bike ride from the hotel to the museum. I haven't ridden a bike since I got mine stolen over the summer and boy did I feel it. We got back on the 30th, On the 31st I started doing some morning excises. Nothing fancy just body weight but even so I feel it. Right now I try for 5 different exercises but do more if I feel up to it. It may not be much but it's helping me get my momentum back.
