November 2016 Goals

Long time no blog. I know I needs mini and monthly goals to keep me motivates so here I am again. Doing what works for me. Keeping them short and sweet to set myself up for success.
Hi November, prepare to be dominated!
1. Workout 3x per week
* Monday; Zumba
* Wednesday: Yoga
* Saturday: 1 mile walk and 30 minutes of strength training
2. Drink at bare minimum 6 glasses water a day
3. On Sunday, plan what you are eating for the rest of the week
4. Weigh less on my birthday, November 17 then I do today. Currently I'm at 236 lbs
