Decrease in Body Fat - yay!

I had another weigh in at the gym. While I only lost 1 pound and 1 inch. I lost 2 pounds of body fat. I have read about body fat and that the reduction is fat turning into muscle. I love that. But a little disappointed that the inches are a little harder for me to lose lately. I should not complain....but...
My plan for the next several weeks....exercise in the morning, eat breakfast and drink at least 64 ounces of water per day. I will also get in more exercise through out the day. I am also making a plan for Thanksgiving dinner. I will not make any dessert. My husband and I will not be near our relatives this year. We can make a meal plan and stick with it. Skip all of the extra side dishes. I won't plan to have a lot of leftovers after the holiday, unless it is turkey ONLY.
I normally do not gain much, if any, weight at the holidays. I am going to make sure I stay fit through the holidays.
