Rewire Your Brain and Body - Strategies for Success

I'm an avid T-Tapp fan. It's a program that focuses on using your bodyweight to help you get leaner, stronger and more flexible. It works many muscles at once for a full body work out that is effective. She has programs for everyone at every level and offers much of her info for free.

Teresa Tapp is the founder of the program and she recently sent out a message to look into a FREE webinar called: Rewire Your Brain and Body - Strategies for Success.

Now for me FREE is almost impossible to pass up. The webinars run for 2 weeks, with 2 presenters a day. The presentations have been running 30-45 minutes with some great tips and pointers. PLUS each presenter has their own FREEBIE GIFT to offer. Yes, there were sales pitches but I can say no to them and still get something out of the information provided for FREE

I've managed to get a hypnotherapy session that helped me see my CONFIDENT self. The person I was hoping to be when my weight loss journey was over -- well that ain't gonna happen. WHY??? because it already has. I was able to jump into my future self and see myself and my journey. I'm packing the good things to take with me and throwing unnecessary items away. Extra baggage ain't cheap so I'm only taking what I need.

Another presenter helped me to see that I was allowing "Helga" to hold me back and I need her to get packing. I'm looking for a healthier, happier roommate now. "Helga" is that negative voice we hear -- she's been with us most of our lives. Most of us picked her up in our early years and believe her to be our friend (early development stages when we don't know better) -- she may have been a parent, teacher or other abuser that gave us negative feedback that we never questioned but accepted as truth. Well I'm not a little girl anymore.... I know right from wrong... I wouldn't let someone treat my friends or loved ones that way and I'm not gonna let anyone treat me that way either. So now I politely let Helga know that the info she has might work for her but I'm gonna make my own decisions. I actually left stuff on my plate and tossed stuff out of the fridge with out the "clean your plate" or "you shouldn't waste" demons haunting me. It was EMPOWERING.

BTW: even with a great diet and exercise program, if you constantly stress over doing it right or getting it right, or being perfect -- you will NEVER attain the results you want. STRESS MAKES YOU FAT! You need to accept and love yourself at this level -- WHATEVER it is! By doing so you allow yourself to become what you desire because you are trying to improve on what you have and love already so its a WIN-WIN!

I have to tell you, after just a few of the sessions and the information I received and have tried, I feel more confident, happier and LIGHTER already.

So much more too but these were my POWER POINTS. I'm really looking forward to this weeks sessions. Teresa Tapp is going to give a presentation and I'm sure it will be AWESOME.

I posted the information on my SPARK ACES team for members to try and I sure hope they took the time to invest in their selves and their futures. I'm really glad I did.

This was the 4th annual even that Myrna (the webinar hostess) has presented. I'm looking forward to future ones.
