Revamping Goals

Honestly, it appears that I updated my goals on my Sparkpage early last month, probably at the beginning of this round of the BLC (Biggest Loser Challenge, I rejoined this round after several away from the Corral with my Midnight Mustangs).

But it's never a bad idea to shake the dust off and remember what you're are working towards.

Short term (weekly basis goals):
Go to the gym at LEAST 3 times per week, working up to 5.
Follow the 100 Pushups Challenge schedule until I finish the program and can do 100 pushups a day.
Abs - at least 5 times per week
Strength training - at least 3 times per week.
64 oz of water per day.
TRACK MY FOOD EVERY DAY

Event Goals:

Sunday March 12, 2017 - American Heart Association Heart Mini Marathon and Heartwalk
(which will likely be part of my training for the following...)

Sunday May 7, 2017 (I'm going to have to remember to schedule vacation for that weekend, since it's my weekend to work) - The Flying Pig Marathon (Half Marathon)

To repeat, I am doing the Flying Pig Half Marathon this year.
May 2017 will mark 20 years since my mother's passing, and I feel it's a way to honor her. Anyone who wants to do it with me is welcome to join in (I was going to make a family team and maybe host a family reunion with my mother's relatives, but my sister had issues with my plan and I'm rethinking how I want to approach it.)

Bottom line, I WILL get healthy this year. I WILL start doing races again, because I really enjoy them and miss doing that. I also intend to find a Zumba class, because I miss that too.
