Most real, long term successes start out small and slow. I don't mean the kind that cause the roller-coaster effect, but that last a lifetime. So I'll only start with 2 little goals.
My Beginning Plan for Success...
...drinking 8 cups of water a day
...walking for AT LEAST, but not limited to 10 minutes a day.
That's all for starters....and until those goals are so a part of my life that they're habits, I'll not set any others for now. Believe me, just making the water thing a habit is going to be very hard for me!!! But here's to more water and more movement!!!
