Re-reading my old blogs to get some motivation!

I've been slacking off in the eating and exercising department. I just read some of my old blogs to try and kick start my good habits again! The year is almost over, and I want to make sure I am on the right track before tax season starts!
I did make three kinds of soup so far. Last night I made roasted sweet potatoes and carrots. I am freezing some of what I make so I can have it during tax season. I hate not having the time to cook more often when I have to work late nights. I am going to make some turkey chili this weekend and maybe some stuffed peppers. I stopped buying snacky food for the house. Hopefully that will curb my appetite for eating anything that tastes good!
I have been bringing oatmeal and yogurt and my protein shakes for lunch to work everyday! I need to find some more items to bring with me everyday. I almost ran out of protein bars, so I want to buy more of them also.
Hopefully I can get myself to go to the gym soon too! My husband says he wants to go but never pushes for it. I have to be the one who says WE ARE GOING. Two times I wanted to go we went to the park instead to walk around. At least I got some exercise, but I want to get back into the gym exercise - especially since I am paying for the membership!
