Earning points

I was hoping by now blogging would become comfortabke but it hasn't but what I have noticed is when I earn my spark points I stay on track. The past few weeks I haven't earned my points and even tho I haven't gained weight , I haven't lost either. So back to earning my points daily

    same for me, when I'm keeping track I'm doing well. When I don't keep track...not so much

    I am in the same boat. Sparks has definitely made me aware of what I'm eating and I feel guilty when I go rogue. I am staying within my daily calorie but having a lot of trouble with motivation to exercise. This is day 3 not on the treadmill..yikesss
