Holiday Time!!!

Does anyone take a break on holidays or even more stricked on what you eat? I know thanksgiving and Christmas is coming up and I love food, lol. But I don't know if I should eat normal or take it easy. Any suggestions?

    Okay, my daily calories is 1200 to 1550, should I bumb it up to about 1750? And workout harder?

    I don't necessarily take a break but adjust my goal to at least maintain during the holidays. I'm realistic and know that there will be more specialty foods available and less time to exercise so maintaining is my goal.
