Had a blah day

Thursday, October 27, 2016

Today was a day I just couldn't care. My epilepsy has been flaring up off and on all day. emoticon (Lightning bolt because seizures has been described as a thunderstorm in the brain)

Nate had school today, and it was pouring. Since I don't drive, we walked. Or rather, I walked, and the kids rode in the stroller. Ugh. So I'm pushing the stroller with one hand, with an umbrella in the other. Not fun. Surprisingly, I did not get too soaked. Horray.

I just wasn't in the mood to deal with my food today. Surprisingly, however, when I tracked my food (Including the extra soy) I am 27 calories under my high end, and everything is within range, except my protein, which was low. I'm pretty proud of that. :) emoticon I am low on water though. But that's a pretty common problem for me.

I did my measurements the other day, and hadn't gotten around to blogging about it. The results were good. I stayed put in one or two places, but everything else was down at least 1 inch!

Ok, I think that's it for the night. I'm gonna post on my challenge for the day, and call it a night. Later sparks!

It's wonderful that you are seeing the NSV of smaller measurements and that you are staying within your calorie range. I am concerned that you epilepsy is giving you such trouble. That can't be pleasant.
    Stay strong.
