Sorry haven't posted in a few days been super busy. I am now 21 says soda free. I am day 1 without sweets or candy. I know I can keep it up. I am very proud of my self tomorrow is weigh in day. I really hope I have lost more. I finally have moms bedsore somewhat better. It has been a bad week last week and this week is going to be busy but I know I can stay on track. I am doing better with more carbs and protein than fats let's hope it works. Small steps at a time small changes that make a huge difference without buying prepared meals or diet pills
