Getting back on track

I've been away for a couple weeks and my eating has not been great. I do ok during the day but nights I have found myself snacking on unhealthy things. I continued my weigh ins and luck has had it I didn't gain but I know if I don't get back on track that will change. I'm so behind my goal right now that I know I'm going to really have to amp up my effort if I'm going to even come close. I'm thinking maybe I better adjust by10lbs
