Getting over the flu

Ugh... Was so sick this weekend. I managed to get so light exercise in. But then I started throwing up water. I think I'm finally over it. I've been eating only oatmeal and scrambled eggs (1egg 2 egg whites), and so saltines. If I had to look on the bright side I've lost a little over 4 pounds. Still going to take it easy on the food today. Think I'm going to add some ground flax seed into my oatmeal today. Up my fiber some. Its been 8 hours since I last three up so I think I'm on the mend. Wish me luck!
