How do you get 120 Exercise/Fitness minutes each day?

Those who know me fairly well also know that I'm no fan of exercise. I've switched to calling it fitness, as it has a more positive sound for me. Exercise (to me) is what "they" tell you to do because it is important, but fitness (to me) means that I am working to get my body fitter and stronger. Just my little effort to try to improve my outlook about it.
Here's my question for all you exercise (or fitness) stars, particularly those of you who do 120 minutes or more a day: what on earth do you do for your 120 minutes of daily exercise? I've rarely hit that number. I'm just curious and wonder if I could ever get there. I'd be grateful for your comments.
