Out for supper...

Well we went out for supper tonight and at first I was scared because it is always tempting to eat everything they put on your plate. I didn't want to ask for a container right off the hop because I wanted to be conscious of eating only half even with temptation there. It is up to me to control me...

Well my supper arrived, Honey Garlic Chicken with spaghetti, corn for vegetable, and salad with dressing on the side.

I dipped my fork with each bite of the salad rather than pouring the dressing on, first step accomplished easily. Next dinner.... I ate half of the chicken, half of the spaghetti and none of the corn (not a fan of corn in a restaurant). I asked for a container and packed the rest up...

YAY!!! I did it. Things are getting easier as I am starting to see sjavascript:void(0)
Saveome change in my shape.... Only good can come of this.
