Still no sodas almost 30 days with no caffeine or sodas. I know this month is Halloween but I am already ready for candy to leave my house. I had 2 small pieces today even though I stayed in calorie range. I crave sweets in the afternoon. I have to find a way to exercise more and my goal this week is 2 lbs I know I can do it. I have to find the will power to. Tomorrow is very busy because both kids have dentist appointments tomorrow. Today was a relaxing day because the rest of the week is so busy. I have my fitbit I hope it helps. I think I have to find a way to have more calories at lunch and less at supper that may help as well. Have to find ideas.

    Great job on the soda break!
    My problem isn't now with the candy we've bought, but, after Halloween, a friend brings over her kids' Reese's Peanut Butter cups for me every year (she can't have them in the house because one of her kids has a severe allergy).
    I might stick them in the freezer (I don't eat them cold, just room temp) and maybe have them in my protein smoothies once a week or something. We'll see. Trying to plan now.

    I initially started out eating 5-6 small meals, but, found I do better with two larger meals and one smaller one and no snacks. Each to our own.
