Still no sodas almost 30 days with no caffeine or sodas. I know this month is Halloween but I am already ready for candy to leave my house. I had 2 small pieces today even though I stayed in calorie range. I crave sweets in the afternoon. I have to find a way to exercise more and my goal this week is 2 lbs I know I can do it. I have to find the will power to. Tomorrow is very busy because both kids have dentist appointments tomorrow. Today was a relaxing day because the rest of the week is so busy. I have my fitbit I hope it helps. I think I have to find a way to have more calories at lunch and less at supper that may help as well. Have to find ideas.
