Apple Crisp For Two Recipe

Ingredients
1 large tart apple, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Dash ground cinnamon

Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, optional

    What do we cook these in for a pan?

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE Apple crisp as you know Sandy. I had to STOP making what I normally do because it makes a 9X13 pan and I EAT IT ALL in just 2 days ! OOOPSIES !

    Have you used Honey Crisp apples? Are they good for sauce or crisp? -- I often add ground flaxseeds to my "crisp" for a nutty, healthy add-in!
