I'm so disappointed in myself, I gained 1 lb this week. I realize that that's not much considering the way I have eaten but there is no excuse for me not to stay on track. I make all meals. I really need to kick my butt in gear and just do this

    Please, please do not kick yourself over a 1lb gain. Our bodies are strange and wonderous things. Your 1lb gain could have been any number of things... water weight, bloating from gas, sodium or food. You are doing a great job. Good for you making all your meals. This week try to celebrate a non-scale victory and not focus so hard on your gain. Celebrate the changes you are making in your life.

    It's pretty late in the day (noon here).. Are you just waking up? If you've been awake awhile and have already eaten, that could be the reason!
