At a standstill

I have been at a standstill for about 10 months with some weight gain and loss. I lost 50 lbs 6 months earlier on weight watchers. I quit weight watcher's yesterday. I have been on sparkpeople with since 2008. I didn't have much success. In the last 10 months I have lost and gained. I have snacking at night and eating the wrong stuff I want to stop. I just recently started exercising. I have lost 2lbs of my recent 8lb gain. But I am the exct weight as 10 months ago. 😕 can anyone off advice?
