I'm still struggling, but every time I feel that I'll make a poor choice I run to SparkPeople site and read some success history. It's working

    Hey! The map (goodie) is working!! ha,ha! Stay on track! You're doing great and you're not experiencing anything anyone else has not when starting this journey. Being Brazilian may I make an assumption that you like coffee? ;-) Whenever you want something sweet, try to have a cup of coffee to see if that will take the craving away. Now, I don't know how much sugar you use in coffee, but try to reduce it. I learned that one teaspoon of sugar has about 35 calories in it. I recently switched over to Stevia. I had to really force myself to accept the taste change, but after about 3 days my tongue had adjusted. So I'm saving tons of calories that way! And remember, if you have the calorie limit, go ahead and have a little sweet treat. This is where self discipline comes in on how "much" you take. You can do this!!!
