Select an Exercise Plan
Okay, I'm starting slow. I like to walk so I will commit to a regular exercise program of walking five times a week and strength training two (or three) times a week. Eventually I will add in some high intensity running intervals.
Spontaneous exercise is not a problem. I look for ways to make two trips up and down stairs instead of one, park far away, do squats to look at/pick up things. I'll continue to look for ways to add exercise, of course.
I also plan to start doing some yoga stretches first thing in the morning. Got my mat out and my DVD cued up.
