BLC Progress

Sunday, October 09, 2016

One requirement for our week-end challenge is to blog about what I'm doing right this round of BLC. I have to thank the Bronze Wellness Warriors leadership - Linda, Judy and Karen - for recruiting me as part of the leadership team. It has definitely made me more accountable!

I'm tracking my food more often, exercising daily, and having more successful days staying in calorie range than not. I'm also much more active on the chat thread, which does make a difference for me. I'm consistent about participating in the challenges. Since I have to post an occasional TNT/LCW challenge, I'm also better about completing my TNT.

We recently went on a short family vacation to southern CA and I gained one pound, which was quickly lost on our return. That makes me hopeful. emoticon

And my motto for the time being:

Wow! You're doing fine. You are learning to enjoy life and stay healthy. You will eventually get to your happy weight and by doing it slowly, hopefully, it will be easier to maintain.
