No Pain No Gain

My knee is hurting a little (fell on it tripped in a hole my dog dug in the yard), it's Saturday, I'm feeling lazy and in need of a spark to go do my Jessica Smith whole body workout (end of wk. 2 of her 6 wk. program). So I came across this little encouraging meme to help me along & thought it might help you too. No excuses....No Pain No Gain!! Mind over matter!! Just do it!!

Ready or not....Jessica Smith whole body workout here I come!!

    Sorry about your fall sometimes you forget that the 🐶 dug the hole. I have a pit and I fell in hole she dug. The first I did when I got is to see if anyone saw me fall. Thank God I didn't hurt myself. Hope your knee gets better.
